You’ll need tofu, bell peppers, broccoli, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and your favorite veggies to get started.

Drain tofu well. Press for 15–20 minutes to remove moisture. Then cut it into bite-sized cubes for easy stir-frying.

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown on all sides. Set aside once crispy for later.

In the same pan, sauté garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for 3–4 minutes until just tender.

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of maple syrup. Pour over veggies and stir to coat everything evenly.

Add tofu back into the pan. Toss everything gently until the tofu is well coated and heated through.

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor and color.

Use extra-firm tofu for best results and avoid stirring too often so it keeps its crispy texture.
